What are the delivery times?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouses 1 to 2 business days after purchase, Monday to Friday.

The delivery time depends on the delivery option chosen:
Standard Delivery: 3 to 4 days – Monday to Friday (free of charge)

Express Delivery: 1 to 2 days – Monday to Friday ( 5.80 £ GBP )

We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom.

I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your parcel after 15 days (from dispatch), contact us! You can ask us for a refund. Or if you can wait for a later delivery, we’ll make a gesture to thank you for your patience. In all cases, we guarantee that you will receive your parcel.

How do I make a return?

You can return your order within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

If you wish to be reimbursed, the reimbursement will be made within approximately 3 working days.

For an exchange, we will send you your new item as soon as we receive the returned item.

BEFORE returning an item, please contact us to arrange the return!

You are responsible for the cost of returns. A refund is possible if the error is ours (faulty product, wrong colour/size, etc.).
